Positron manufactures customized instrument panels: switch panels, dash panels, and audio panels out of a variety of plastic materials. We have CNC laser and router machines which cut, bevel and engrave the custom panels to their desired designs.
We can produce these instrument panels in volume and can also produce "one of a kind" panels for machines such as locomotives, airplanes, motor coaches, limousines, Amish buggies, dynamometers, etc. We also produce in-house the plastic laminated materials which are machined into specific panels. This allows us to cost effectively provide a variety of colors and foil patterns to our customers. We are also able to produce these panels very quickly through the usage of Auto CAD which means no tooling costs.
Positron makes stereo and radio jack plates of any size and color. These audio panels are custom made and will be wired according to
customer requirements...
Positron also manufactures wire harnesses for a wide variety of applications. Some of our harnesses are quite large such as stem to stern harnesses for the Class A motorhomes. Other harnesses are small such as power sofa harnesses for van conversions. In either case, our harnesses are assembled by highly trained and conscientious people and then inspected by a computer assisted continuity tester.
